I truly believe that my calling in life is to help improve others lives. Being a personal trainer & health coach is my outlet to doing just that. Over the years I’ve been fortunate enough to work with hundreds of people across the entire world. Helping them pursue their health & wellness goals. I've learned a lot from this coaching experience that I can apply to new clients. Constantly learning & looking for ways to help clients achieve their goals.
I’m very passionate about helping women in specific get more comfortable in the gym. There seems to be a stereotype that if you’re a woman & you lift weights, you’re going to get bulky & look like a female bodybuilder or powerlifter. This just isn’t true. Lifting weights will help tone you up & improve short term/long term health. It can add YEARS onto your life. QUALITY years. It will not make you bulky or look like a man. I promise.
Beyond just the physical benefits to lifting weights, something interesting happens when an individual begins to focus on their nutrition & physical fitness. I've seen so many lives change right in front of my eyes. Seeing their confidence, self worth, physical well being & overall happiness exponentially increase is priceless.

Single Sessions: $70/session – Must meet minimum of 2 times a week to hold time slot.
12 session package: $65 per session ($780 total)
24 session package: $60 per session ($1,440 total)
36 session package: $55 per session ($1,980 total)
