What is 1 on 1 Coaching?

Hello !! My name is Jay Azeltine. I have been involved in the fitness industry for almost 10 years now. I’ve been very fortunate to learn from some of the top names in the industry over the years.

Over the past few years i’ve worked with hundreds of people across the entire world through my online coaching services. Helping them push towards their health, wellness & fitness goals. On top of detailed nutrition & training plans, the accountability that I provide my clients seems to be a key to success. Examples such as weekly Skype calls & daily meal logs that clients fill out are small hacks that I use to provide a ton of extra accountability.

My goal is to positively impact as many lives as possible through health, wellness, fitness & personal development. I've seen so many peoples lives change right in front of my eyes when they got their nutrition, training & mindset dialed in. Seeing their confidence (inside & outside of the gym) & overall happiness exponentially increase is priceless. I want this for EVERYONE !!

  • I started lifting and learning more about nutrition in high school. For the last couple years I have been following Cory Gregory’s plans that he released. I’ve always been a huge fan. I recently visited Old School Gym and that’s where I met Jay. About a month later I decided to work with him 1-1 and this was probably the best decision I made. Jay was preparing for a photo shoot at Muscle Beach and I asked him if I could go through his cut with him, basically a mock cut for me. I weighed about 170 when we started and about 4-5 weeks later I weighed 158 and was the leanest I’ve ever been. With Jays help I really got my diet in check and made the necessary adjustments along the way. Without Jay’s guidance and accountability I don’t think I would have got as lean as I did. Jay also was there to answer any questions I had and also just give advice. He also gives you his reasoning on any adjustments he gives you which is huge. I have a lot more knowledge of dieting and how different foods affect my physique. Overall this was a great experience and I definitely would like to work with Jay again in the future. I still keep in touch with Jay and consider him more of a friend than just a trainer. If you looking to lose weight or get insanely shredded Jay_Azeltine is your guy!

  • Working with Jay was great!. I had always wanted to get shredded and have abs that pop. Though, I could never get myself quite lean enough. Jay guided me through a four week cut with a personalized training and nutrition program. The training was perfect for the changes you experience while cutting. and the nutrition was closely monitored so that tweaks could be made along the way to maximize my results. The results far exceeded my expectations. It was a great learning experience and pleasure working with Jay.

  • Working with Jay is always a pleasure. In the two months I trained with jay I was able to complete health goals that I didn’t think I would be able to achieve. With his advance knowledge and understanding of training and nutrition I was able to get the support and guidance I need to push myself. I was able to communicate any questions and concerns I had about my training or diet. He is great at accommodating to your schedule as well.   • I worked with Jay prepping for my last Men’s Physique show. In the four weeks working with him we were able to drop my BF% ~2-3% and drop my bodyweight 12 pounds which was a new low for me during contests. As you can see in the pictures even though I weighed less, I looked bigger and more full. Not only was he able to get me cut like a diamond, I was also able to build a healthy relationship with food, and able to identify foods my body did not react to well. Something as little as switching up a nut source (in my case, almonds made me hold weight, we switched to walnuts, and the weight started dropping). Working with Jay made dieting one of the easiest things parts of this last prep. And not a single macro was counted.
